MIND
Have
you heard of ‘Changing your Mind?'
We can decide to do that about anything at any time.
And changing your mind is the whole key.
It is through changing our way of thinking that we can expand our
consciousness and move toward becoming all that we can be.
You are what you think. What
you think is reflected in your physical body.
BODY
As
we expand our consciousness, we raise our vibration.
Our frequency changes. As
we do this, our bodies react and we may find that we need to reconsider
diet and exercise to support this change in frequency.
Supplements, remedies, herbs etc could play an important part.
You are what you eat.
SPIRIT
This
increasing awareness on the planet today, is causing people to seek a
deeper meaning in their lives. The
orthodox religious approach may have served us well but whatever faith we
follow, we can still learn how to go within and find our own Divinity, our
connection to All That Is. In
doing so we may need to look at unresolved emotional issues which block
our ability to love ourselves and one another.
